Ballet is an addiction. The more you dance, the more you want to dance, the more you need to dance. The focus is so intense that nothing else matters. It’s only when you stop dancing and let life creep in that it becomes dangerous. Because all the greats from Pavlova down, know it’s impossible to have both.

In these last few months the following has happened

  • I’ve made a fool out of myself
  • I got into my dream college
  • I was in a musical and an assistant choreographer for it
  • I’ve been busy out of my mind
  • Yes, I’m still dancing and I’m not quitting any time soon
  • I’ve seen Spring Awakening LA 3 times
  • I’m a high school graduate
